Overview
Milo Café is a beverage-focused café concept designed by Skai Atelier. The project explores how thoughtful café design can transform a simple beverage concept into an engaging and memorable hospitality environment.
Our objective was to create a café space that reflects the familiar, nostalgic character associated with Milo while maintaining a modern and welcoming atmosphere. Careful spatial planning, material selection, and lighting design support both customer comfort and efficient daily operations.
Design Concept
The concept creates a lively and approachable environment that celebrates the brand's identity while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The palette emphasises warm materials and subtle textures suited to a beverage-focused concept, with the layout planned so the service counter becomes the visual focal point while circulation stays clear throughout.

Our strategy organised the space into clear zones for ordering, beverage preparation, and customer seating, with the counter anchoring the layout while ensuring efficient staff workflow. Carefully positioned lighting highlights the counter and seating areas, and materials were chosen for durability and ease of maintenance.
