As a leading office interior designer, Skai Atelier sought to redefine the corporate environment by moving away from rigid, linear layouts. This commercial renovation focused on introducing organic forms and "soft architecture" to create a workspace that feels intuitive and approachable. By replacing sharp corners with graceful curves, the team transformed a standard floor plan into a dynamic environment that encourages movement and collaboration.
Design & Materiality
The material palette is a study in warm minimalism. Light oak fluted panels are used throughout to provide tactile rhythm and visual warmth against the crisp white architectural shell. A key feature of this commercial renovation is the custom curved glass partitioning, which provides acoustic privacy for meeting rooms while maintaining visual transparency. The addition of neutral-toned acoustic felt in the private phone booths adds a layer of soft texture, ensuring high-performance sound absorption in a sleek, modern package.
