This project involved the complete commercial renovation of a corporate suite into a high-performance workplace. The objective was to move away from the traditional, sterile office environment in favour of a "warm minimalist" aesthetic. By integrating light oak textures with crisp architectural lines, Skai Atelier delivered a workspace that reflects professionalism while prioritising employee well-being.
Design Concept
The design concept centres on "Transparency and Connection." Expansive glass partitions maintain a sense of openness throughout the floor plan, allowing natural light to permeate the deep-plan office. The palette is intentionally restrained — pairing light wood veneers with monochromatic hardware — to create a timeless backdrop that can evolve with the company's brand identity.

Acoustic Privacy — High-performance glass walls for the meeting rooms ensure sound isolation without sacrificing visual connectivity.

Integrated Storage — Seamless, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry that reduces visual clutter and maximises floor area.
Hospitality-Driven Pantry — A refined kitchenette and lounge area designed to encourage informal interaction and social cohesion.
